Zanaflex (Tizanidine) and Advil (Ibuprofen)

In order to achieve a maximal therapeutic effect, patient should take the pills Zanaflex 2mg or Zanaflex 4mg, combining them with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Advil (Ibuprofen) is more preferred NSAID for combination therapy. The combined use of Zanaflex and Advil (Ibuprofen):

  • enhances the effectiveness of treatment;
  • allows to use Zanaflex and Advil (Ibuprofen) in smaller doses;
  • has got gastroprotective effect, increasing the protective function of the gastric mucosa.
